LAVA Lifestyle was created after the founders become frustrated with so many male-centric supplement brands dominating the industry and packing their products full of unnecessary ingredients.

They wanted to create a brand focused on female wellness and fitness, without any of the fluffy stereotypes!

LAVA Lifestyle is a year in the making, as the founders were determined to make products that ticked all the boxes and would truly support the lifestyle of the modern woman. Every supplement has been blended to offer optimal benefit and combines only natural, plant-based ingredients, nootropics and adaptogens.

What about the name LAVA?

As a start-up company, we get asked a lot of questions about how the name LAVA Lifestyle was created. The name LAVA has a twofold meaning for us: Firstly, it’s an acronym of the founders initials (we got lucky), but more importantly, we loved how lava embodies the power of something in nature that is completely unstoppable.
